Why do I Blog?

Life is so fast & furious with 3 young children, working from home, ect that I fear I will forget the lovely details of my girls' precious childhood.

My main motivation for blogging is to capture the every day moments...so I don't forget them before I have a chance to scrapbook. Sharing with you is just an added bonus. Keeping this blog has helped me get the photos off my camera's memory card and label/organize them on my laptop. It is the BEST tool I have for scrapbooking. I haven't ever been able to keep a journal, but this I can do. I don't pretend to have anything interesting to say. In fact I'm sure this little blog is boring to you, but to me it is priceless!

2 Leaves are Falling All Around

Allie, Mommy, & Kylie

Yesterday I had the girls in their sleeveless costumes posing in the pumpkin patch, but today there is a BITTER wind blowing. We tried to take some friends out to the farm today, so they could pick a few pumpkins, but the kids didn't want to be out of the cars and I don't blame them. On the way home Allie & Rayden were noticing the falling leaves and I made a comment about we should go plan in Grandma & Grandpa Schwartz's leaves soon, maybe after naps. Allie begged to go right now. I though, why not? We turned around and backtracked a block. I'm sure glad. The kids had a great time romping in the leaves and eating fresh apples.
It was definitely a fall day.

That's where the leaves came from! Rayden told me he got an apple from Eldon and Joanne's but he didn't say you played in the leaves. Later last night I noticed his shoes were full of them. Thanks for taking him with you, he had a blast!
