Why do I Blog?

Life is so fast & furious with 3 young children, working from home, ect that I fear I will forget the lovely details of my girls' precious childhood.

My main motivation for blogging is to capture the every day moments...so I don't forget them before I have a chance to scrapbook. Sharing with you is just an added bonus. Keeping this blog has helped me get the photos off my camera's memory card and label/organize them on my laptop. It is the BEST tool I have for scrapbooking. I haven't ever been able to keep a journal, but this I can do. I don't pretend to have anything interesting to say. In fact I'm sure this little blog is boring to you, but to me it is priceless!

6 Happy Halloween!

We have a group of friends that get together each month for what we call "Date Night". All 5 of the men went to high school together! We rotate turns being in charge, which usually entails choosing the restaurant & movie. We have also: gone to Aggie games, wake boarded, mini-golfed, bowled, and Bar-R-Q'ed. Sometimes its a family affair, but normally just couples. This month James & Wendy went above & beyond the usual with a Halloween meal.

Sarah, Nate, & Kylie

our next door neighbors: Dirk & Hanne -and- Brett & Brit
(James & Wendy -and- Ryan & Brandi avoided the camera)

Ghoul Boggers, Troll Toes, Screeming Mouthes, Eye Balls, & other misc. treats.

Yummy bogger juice to drink.

Hearts (jello/razberry) & Bones (rolls)

The main course: Mummies (cream cheese chicken in roll wrap)

All dished up, YUM! AND there was desert!
