Why do I Blog?

Life is so fast & furious with 3 young children, working from home, ect that I fear I will forget the lovely details of my girls' precious childhood.

My main motivation for blogging is to capture the every day moments...so I don't forget them before I have a chance to scrapbook. Sharing with you is just an added bonus. Keeping this blog has helped me get the photos off my camera's memory card and label/organize them on my laptop. It is the BEST tool I have for scrapbooking. I haven't ever been able to keep a journal, but this I can do. I don't pretend to have anything interesting to say. In fact I'm sure this little blog is boring to you, but to me it is priceless!

1 Water Lovers

I just got these pictures from Grandma & scanned them in.

Earlier this spring we took the girls to the Sky View High School pool for Family Home Evening. Grandma JoAnne took these pictures for us from the sidelines. Uncle Paul & Aunt Maho also came with Keiko, Kai, Koji, & Mika.

Kylie loved the water, but got tired and cold after a while. Allie was a fish and swam from end to end of the pool without any help. The cousins were big into going off the diving board. Kai was even doing front flips! Allie was brave and wanted to go off of it too, but would chicken out at the last second everytime (I wonder where she gets that from? ME!), so Nate would drop her down to me. I guess she was okay with that since she kept asking to go again.
