Allie has been getting into my pantry for quite a while now. Sometimes it is handy; she gets her own snacks. But most of the time it is not so good. She has played in the flour & sugar several times & dumped more things than I can count. So, today I bought & installed a latch to keep her out. Everything was going great until I screwed the last part to the molding. CRACK! Oh, I wanted to cry. Someone tell me what to do! To make matters worse, the latch doesn't line up very well since the moulding isn't flush/flat with the door.

Oh Sarah, I'm so sorry! wood putty and then some paint would probably cover it up. But that just stinks.
Yeah, I can't get over it. I still just want to cry. I'm most concerned with matching the paint as I don't have any left.
It'll work out! Hey you must be online right now, I've been on Sophia's blog, I'm hooked. Have you gone over to the Black Friday website. pretty sweet!
a bit. it looks like Khols will have the item i got there last year on the same great price. I'm want it...for me this time!
Put some putty and paint, it will look fine! That's a great idea though, it seems like kids just love to help themselves!
I hope you are feeling a bit better. call me if you need me!
Sorry about the molding. That stinks!
Are those menus helping at all?
Bummer! Do you have to take off the lock to fix the trim? Probably. Are there inside locks on the market that would work? So Sorry this has happened. Mom
You still alive?
