Why do I Blog?

Life is so fast & furious with 3 young children, working from home, ect that I fear I will forget the lovely details of my girls' precious childhood.

My main motivation for blogging is to capture the every day moments...so I don't forget them before I have a chance to scrapbook. Sharing with you is just an added bonus. Keeping this blog has helped me get the photos off my camera's memory card and label/organize them on my laptop. It is the BEST tool I have for scrapbooking. I haven't ever been able to keep a journal, but this I can do. I don't pretend to have anything interesting to say. In fact I'm sure this little blog is boring to you, but to me it is priceless!

6 Sisters having Tummy Time

I have been so memorized by the bond Allie & Kylie have. It is so fun to watch them interact.

side note: Allie has chocolate brown eyes, so I've never had to red-eye correct any of her pics, but Kylie has blue eyes & they are red in about every shot. Thank goodness for red-eye correction in my photo program.

It is great to have sisters, although I did not realise how lucky we are until we got older. Isn't it bizzar that history is repeating itself all over again within our families?

I think the girls look more a like everyday! They sure are cute little things. I am constantly reminded how lucky we are to live in this neighborhood with so many darling little ones.

Yes! It makes me so grateful we didn't put off having baby #2 like I wanted. Allie & Kylie make me think of us, Maren. I get so excited sometimes 'cause they will get to do all the things we used to do as sisters. Back when I was pregnant with Kylie, I was having a hard time...thinking I was making my baby (Allie) grow up too fast. That I was taking away from her by having another child. But then Mom told me to think of it as one of the greatest gifts I could give Allie, a sibling. Ya know, she was right. They are such great buddies, even now. I think back I can't even imagine not having all of us girls around growing up. It would have been so lonely! Anyway, yes, it is fun. I'll stop now.

I advise avoid a five year gap. It is lonely.

Aww, Syd hasn't really gotten the hang of tummy time yet. So fun and great pics!

Time time is a delicate matter. Allie ALWAYS hated it; we really thought she would walk before she'd crawl since once she got rolling down we could hardly keep her on her belly. Kylie is a little better, but it is not her favorite position. Mostly she screams. This time she was content for a bit, so I grabbed the camera quick!
