Why do I Blog?

Life is so fast & furious with 3 young children, working from home, ect that I fear I will forget the lovely details of my girls' precious childhood.

My main motivation for blogging is to capture the every day moments...so I don't forget them before I have a chance to scrapbook. Sharing with you is just an added bonus. Keeping this blog has helped me get the photos off my camera's memory card and label/organize them on my laptop. It is the BEST tool I have for scrapbooking. I haven't ever been able to keep a journal, but this I can do. I don't pretend to have anything interesting to say. In fact I'm sure this little blog is boring to you, but to me it is priceless!

2 Stawberries & Ice Cream...

...the best that summer has to offer!

One good thing: with Allie in Rexburg, Nate & I get to eat some berries ourself.
The only bad thing: we eat them too fast.

I thought that with double the plants this year we would be set, but we are eating them on ice cream, cereal, pancakes, ect.

I hope we still get to eat some when Allie comes home...she is quite the little scavenger in the berry patch!

So with Allie still in Rexburg I see you've had plenty of time for blogging! I hadn't heard the particulars on Kylie's tongue procedure, it was nice to be able to read it. You really have a nice flow in your journaling. Just print and scrap! Mom says to add that with Allie here you also are able to get a few strawberries out of the patch to eat on ice cream.

I didn't start off planning on writing so much. I did it in Word (so that I could use spell-checker) & was shocked when I reached the end of the page. I am planning on printing it out to put in the scrapbook. I'm now hoping that keeping up this blog will facilitate my journaling, something I have been slacking on.
